Also take a look at Radiance fabrics from Robert Kaufman. I think they are 50/50 Cotton/Silk and really pretty!

I get my dupioni silk from fabric.com, but they are an American company so don't know if they ship internationally or how expensive that would be. Free shipping in the US with $35 purchase! It never takes me long to meet that minimum! :wink:

I've made a couple of wholecloth quilts with it. It quilts up so beautifully! I also want to collect different colors and piece a quilt, but that's another down-the-road project because of lack of time.Originally posted by twiglet
