I loved the show with Alex as well, really got me inspired. I have been collecting for a scrap Irish chain for ages but loved the bow ties so much better. I am going to a retreat at the end of next month so will start cutting out my scraps for that instead.

Thank you Alex for a great show, you really got the creative juices going for everyone.

Thanks to Alex, Simply Quilts (I still have about every show on tape) and her books, I got started quilting with her "Start Quilting" book. I also have her neutrals book and have a pretty good stash of those, too. Have made two neutral quilts so far and love them. Of course, I also like bright fabrics, etc.
