I agree that they are all beautiful, but the first one sings to me!

It's amazing how different borders bring out different colors. My first choice is # 1 and second choice is # 4. They are all beautiful and you can't go wrong with whatever you pick.

Cheryl, I like the one with the green border and the narrow boarder of flowers. Truth be told, they are all lovely and it's just a matter of personal preference. You see green is my favorite color especially when it is the shade of tender new growth. I love flowers, but big flowery boarders have been done again and again. I like that the inner border is just big enough to suggest flowers and all those flowers are picking up colors from all of our HST's and I just like it. I am sure it is not a better design than the others but it is definitely what I like. Good luck! Lois

I thought I had responded, but maybe didn't press 'submit'.
I really like/love the first border best! It's interesting tome, because that is not my favourite colour - but here, it just works so well. Goes to show we should never say we don't like a colour - it all depends on how it's used! Great quilt!

First one is my favorite, too. The quilt is beautiful.

I like the last one! The border fabric plays with the hst colors and the blue inner border adds some zing! The first sample with the red border is elegant and matches well but the last one is more lively and playfully "friendly"!

I really like the first one. I think it makes the triangles in the middle really sing.

I, too, like the first one. I like the way the dark color makes the HSTs shine.

I like the use of the solid or tone on tone that reads as a solid. I vote for the deep red.

I don't think you can go wrong with any of the borders, but my favorite is # 3 or #4. I love the floral fabric.

I vote for the first one, but I love red. They are all pretty.

                          i vote for nr. 1
nr. 3 is very pretty but i would consider it all a bit too alike
nr. 4 i can't make up my mind what to look at - the light blue border is what i end up looking at most - and that - to me - is not the object of this quilt
nr. 2 would be pefect if the place where it will hang is a bit dark and needs brightening up

if you have a nice bright place for it to hang - i would definitely go for nr. 1

but - as always just one opinion in many

I really like the one with the red border. It is so rich looking and the border really enhances the colors of the half square triangles. It looks jewel like.

                              Red for me too.

Number one: red is awesome! And, I love how the narrow floral border picks up the colors of all of the HSTs!
