    Here's my project....I want to add another column to make it wider, so I'm soliciting additional HSTs.....and I also want to add an applique border.

                      I have finally finished taking off papers, pressing, and trimming dog ears on my 400+ SOTT triangles! I am determined to have my quilt pieced for the Sept 1st deadline!!

                      And now I am playing on my design wall...

                      The pattern I am doing is from a very old QNM and the quilt is based on an antique block design which is a variation of the LeMoyne Star. It will be about 60" square with 4 giant stars in it and a sawtooth border. I also need to cut over 500 2.5" squares of scrappy neutrals to go with the triangles, so I have been busy!!

                      Here's a peek at one of the stars on my wall... sorry it's not a great pic.
