I 'fess up to being Terrie's delayed but not forgetful potholder partner. I appreciate the "forgiveness" and understanding, and will add Lotti's phrase to my vocabulary. I've joined a local quild, and am hoping to get better at meeting deadlines!!! Happy sewing, everyone.

Now, Kathy, I was saving your identity, and you didn't have to 'fess up. Don't worry, I am thrilled!
Now, about the "delayed but not forgotten"... I love the line. Lotti, is that one from your mum?

I'll stretch myself and try to post a pic.

I still have my grandson's quilt to finish. It was/is for his birth. He turns 5 in July!!!

I'll bet ( and I'm not given to being a betting woman) we ALL have something of the same story - otherwise why would quilters have adopted the "UFO" acronym? Or IFFI ? ( I Finally Finished It) We have that IFFI show and tell at least once a year at my guild! Rule is it has to be at least 2 years old or more! There's always a line-up for that one. LOL

        Anyone else with a 2+ year-old project?

More than I care to think about. And, of course, the most distressing thing about it is I want to start something new.

Great pot holders, definitely worth the wait!

No, that line is all my own. Of course certainly influenced by my mom

Potential IFFIs : yup, quilt for my niece, only started 2 years ago and three of twentysomething panels done... hope to get the sewing bits done this summer and then to paint... A new challenge, and I'm very scared of it, hence the problem with getting things done.

Kath, great looking potholders! Terrie, thanks for posting the pictures.

I would list my UFOs that I would like to turn into IFFIs, but they are TNTC! (A term left from my medical career...Too Numerous To Count!) ops:

I like that term. So, I have TNTC UFOs, but I'd rather they all be IFFIs!
