    You have our eternal gratitude!
If there is ever anything that I could do for you, Debbie, & all the other wonderful helpers, you've got your
    own personal Miracle right here.

    WHOO HOO!!

Miracles happen when we believe and work for a common cause! Clara, Debbie and Margo and all those sorting angels started a wonderful common cause "Sharing our love of quilting and getting to know our quilting sisters around the world. Thank you all for every second you have spent on this huge project and a huge thank you to all your family members for sharing you with all of us. May what started as a small idea continue!
    Peace and Love, Maryjo

    with love from your sister,
Yes, I am feeling the love and appreciation! It makes me smile with all the warm wishes and thank yous. But what makes my heart sing is all the stories of excitement of receiving their packages, how they are sorting them and eventually the project they will create. Who would have dreamed this exchange would take off the way it had. A Big Texas Woo Hoo!!!!

      Dear SoTTT’s;

Thanks Margo for the BTW interpretation. Saw your videos, a star in the making! Ricky’s & Alex’s classes, seminar’s are wonderful!! I am pretty sure I will be going to the one in Asheville in the Fall. Hope to see some of you in Asheville in the Fall

BTW; Have you guys seen Ricky & Alex’s new show this week? She shows you how to do some more paper piecing in a stunning new quilt in pinks!! She also has a new paper piecing book out with some fantastic new quilt patterns! One with points I even think I can do after watching her demo! The Pineapple Quilt in blue is gorgeous!! I think I am going to move onto her patterns after finishing with the Beautiful HTS’s I got from all your SoTTT’s. I feel a little more confident & I think I like this paper piecing. Alex’s suggests you start with her sample quilt first, which is what I am going to do. If anyone else decides to do it, let me know & maybe we can talk each other thru it together. Love all your posts; it is great reading, love the pet stories too!!

P.S. Blessings to Debbie & Clare, Mucho Grande Thanks, & Back at ya for all you did for us !! Happy Jump, too tired to do the full dance!

For those of you that gave information on the paper triangle of the HSTs, Thanks! It is such fun to look you up and see your quilts. I take time with each HST as I journal it into the block layout. Looking up all these profiles takes time, but what a quilt show I am having each day. I have used about 43 HSTs so far and have noticed some duplication (in names not fabrics). So I started a Excell file to put the names (or TQS tag) and my personal comments about quilts. If some of you have not uploaded any quilt pictures into your profile yet... please do this! It is very easy and such a joy for others to view.
The first block is posted in my TQS blog in case you want to see the first of many. Time to sew, see ya.

Nancy, your block is great! Here's a link: community/my-profile/FluffBallQuilts
Margo thanks for adding the link to Nancy's block. I loved looking at it and reading about what she was thinking and planning for the quilt. I love to look up SOTT's profiles and see their quilts. I am rather new to and am still struggling with the technology of getting things posted. I got a few things up but have more to share soon. Thanks to all of you who take the time to share. Lois

What a nice treat, and how special is that to remember in your quilt. We are blessed by generous souls.

I think this is what you are looking for Margo. It is in a blog by Bob the Web Guy.

i kind of like this website to check abbreviations:
                http://acronyms.thefreedictionary.com/BTW
of course not specific to our forum - but some of 'em are rather fun, my favorite for
                BTW: is Bite The Waffle
and British Traditional Witchcraft is rather intriguing

Hi Everyone, I followed that link to Bob's Blog and there was another link to read a glossary of forum terms but it just seemed to circle back to that same page on Bob's Blog. Lois

I found quilt related abbreviations on the Quilting Board website so there are many Quilt Related ones. I listed them in the Forum under Forum Suggestions. Here is a link that I hope works.

I think you can sign up until May first. I am signed up, but after seeing that sweet kitty...well, I'm just gonna do what I'm gonna do - hopefully Lotti's post and picture will encourage people to sign up. Just a few days left!

Hey Sisters (and brothers too)! I've been out of town for about five days so I'm catching up on the forum and other things. I got my package last week but didn't get to open it before I left. Last night I finally had the chance to open and sort! I must admit, that when I read how excited everyone was when they opened their packages, I kind of thought you all were a little crazy. However, once I opened my envelope, I was overtaken by the magic spell too! I was giddy with delight! I spent the evening looking at each paper to see where it came from and sorted them into states and countries. I was so excited when I recognized some of the names. I got one from brother Ron in Chicago! I am thrilled to have these worldly possessions! I know the magic will continue when I start pressing them open and see the jewels! I'd like to make Edyta's pattern with the trees, but I'll see how these treasures "speak" to me!

It sounds like many of you have your creative juices flowing already. I can't wait to see what everyone comes up with!

I know I got some from a gentleman in Texas, but not sure off hand if I got any from Ron in Chicago. Will check when I get home from work and if I have more than one I will definitely send to you. Will let you know.
