    New Job

:woohoo: :woohoo: Just got confirmation today that I have got the new full time job I applied for in Jan/Feb. :woohoo: :woohoo: Doing a big happy dance here. I might have less time for quilting, but at least I will be able to afford it a lot more comfortably  (currently working part-time on minimum wage for highly skilled work  )

Congrats, Rosemary! What will you be doing? You were having problems with a co-worker, weren't you? It will be nice to be away from that situation.

The official title is 'Specialist Production Instructor : Textiles Garment Manufacture', But who knows what the new work colleagues will be like  . It will be a step up to supervisor level which will be interesting and challenging for starters.

Congratulations, Rosemary! I'm sure it'll be wonderful! I've just started my third week at my new job and it's wonderful! The people are great and the work is interesting. And it'll be much better once I get past that new employee learning curve.

I hope you are as happy as I am!

How and where did you find this new gizmo Renata?

                        Rosemary,
Congrats on the new job! But now I am curious about the title - are you in a museum, textile conservation shop, garment manufacture etc? Hope all goes well.

As I was writing the congratulatory note to you, Rosemary, the light beige line just below the emicons showed "hidden text" so I followed the trail to the line above the emicons and discovered it. It might be fun to play with all the stuff there and find out what else we can do...
