Inspired By Libby Exhibit might need some help

This is Clara Lawrence and I'm putting together an exhibit called Inspired By Libby that is a collection of quilts (31 quilts) all created by award winning artists and teachers. These quilts will go up for auction online during the International Quilt Show and Festival in Houston. I am filling out paperwork for the exhibit now and am faced with a need. I believe this exhibit needs a table for cards (have auction info on them) and sheets for 2 of the quilts that will be going up for silent auction. Having a table means it needs to be manned by the IQS policy. Since this is such a personal exhibit for a well loved quilter there will be a lot of conversations to be had with other quilters.

Here is my question. I would be happy to man this table for as long as I can, but would love some company and of course some breaks. Now I'm just asking a preliminary question, so no commitments yet. Would anyone be interested in volunteering for helping me man this table at the exhibit? I'm sure some of these artists will be stopping by for a visit too.

By the way, here is a list of the artists participating in the exhibit.
Christine Alexiou, Alex Anderson, Rob Appell, Wendy Butler Berns, Patt Blair,
Melinda Bula, Susan Carlson, Susan K. Cleveland, Joe Cunningham, Pat Durbin,
Sheila Frampton-Cooper, Helen Godden, Cherrie Hampton, Pat Holly/Sue Nickels,
Michelle Jackson, Beth Kennedy, Clara Lawrence, Margaret Miller, Lyric Montgomery Kinard,
Judi Madsen, Carol Moellers, Cindy Needham, Gina Parris-Perkes, Yvonne Porcella,
Susan Shie, Susan Stewart, Janet Stone, Ricky Tims, Gail Thomas, Sarah Vedeler, and Laura Wasilowski

What a line-up of stars! Sorry, I won't be at Houston this year.

Hi Clara, I'd be happy to take a shift at the table. I don't know what my schedule is yet because I don't know what classes I'm taking, but I'll let you know when I know.

        Thanks.

Right now I'm trying to figure out if a table is necessary or not. I'm kinda leaning toward necessary. A personal touch and practical for laying out info.
