    And she (Nancy) said, "Your wish is my command." Thank you! I loved seeing the maps of the USA and Australia. I just read an article somewhere indicating that here in the USA there are indications that we are learning a little bit more than we once knew about world geography. Perhaps that's a combination of world travel becoming more in the realm of possibility for more people and our use of www. It truly is a World Wide Web that has woven the quilters who visit these pages together. Isn't life/technology wonderful. At the same time, I really worry with the use of GPS systems in cars and phones for pedestrians we will forget how to read maps.

    Just thinking, "we've got to be way off topic on this one", then looked at the Thread title to see the conversation fits. Amazing but true! :lol: :lol: :lol:
