          Wendy, I was involved in hanging the quilts - including the ones that teachers and speakers had brought -, so I actually put up Laura and Frieda's quilts. As soon as I find a few minutes to download pictures I'll share.

              Oh yes, Wendy! I treated those quilts very well and checked every morning if those 'babies' were still ok.

              One interesting fact: Laura and Frieda's quilts are soft and tactile. I put up the quilts of a very well-known UK quilter who wins lots of prizes, and her pieces were as hard and rigid as sheets of MDF. I found that very disappointing.
