Gee Lorchen, I'm glad I caught this today! Hilarious! This forum would be a dull place without you here to liven us up.

I'm thinking with the frosts we've got at the moment, she is more likely to have goosebumps on her bumps

So apart from putting a wig on  , what's the difference from normal? :P

Lorchen, you are just letting your inner beauty show through! We all know how beautiful you are, and this is just the way we see you. Thanks for a glimpse of the true you.

Temperatures here are well below freezing point, so I have decided to put some clothes on again.

Thank you everybody for finding the old cartoon from the 1960s amusing and not offensive.

And, Margo, be warned.......... if you dare this 'old bird', she'll flap her wings and do it!

Thanks, Ritzy. I wish I could take credit for it. I hadn't read the story about it in awhile. Technically it's probably not a quilt since it was made by professional male weavers, so a coverlet is a better description. If I were to duplicate it I would make it as a quilt. Just wishful thinking for now. My future project list is already overwhelming and I'm trying not to add anymore to it. Glad to see Lorchen is keeping warm.
