Hanne-Grete -- next year is our 40th anniversary and we have been wanting to do a BIG trip and this just might be the one. How wonderful of you to share it with us. Really got us thinking about going over there and not stay stateside.

Thank you for that link, Hanne-Grete! My parents went on that exact journey some years ago. I was very jealous at the time. Norway was a lot easier to reach when I was still living in the North of Germany. Norway is a beautiful country, and the people are great too!

My parents have also done this journey - twice I think - they absoulutely love it! I called them up yesterday evening after I followed the link and told my Dad where to find it and now they are hooked as well, although Mum has got the book out to follow the trip, (cos it is easier than trying to navigate the various buttons on the web page for them  )

Sharon if you fancy a 'big trip' for next years 40th, you would have a wonderful time on this trip, Mum and Dad would go again any day they could.

How thrilling. I tried to watch the video, but with my slow internet service it will just start and stop after 2 seconds. Hanne-Grete, let us know when you will be on, and I will drive to town with my laptop to get faster internet service. I will try after midnight tonight to see if that works better.
