Hmmmm. I subscribe to three magazines and I got all three on the same day (last week). While I was happy, I do wish they were spaced out! It's always a treat to receive a magazine in the mail :-) Love the latest issue of Quilt Life.

I loved this issue. I am becoming a "thread-a-holic", especially with all the beautifual Superior threads.
I also noticed that the texture of the cover was different. It feels a lot sturdier than the normal glossy paper covers.

Yippeh! My magazine arrived this morning! Guess what I have been doing tonight........

Just one itsy-bitsy thought: I like this issue even better than the first one. I wonder if this is going to be the trend - every issue better than the previous one. Well, I can live with that!!

Mine arrived Monday, along with my husband's T-shirt of the Month!

I agree with Lorchen. this was an excellent issue.
                    Keep up the good work!

Mine arrived this morning. I expect it got delayed abit because of the volcano ash. DH collected the post and said 'You won't get much done today'. He knows me well. Lol.

                          Postie was early!! Looks good!

(Silly question. Imperial I can cope with, metric I can cope with but I struggle with American. Is T. teaspoon and c. cup in the recipes? And how mush exactly is a cup? Perhaps to be truly multi national metric equivalent too would be nice. )

                            Capital T= Tablespoon
                            Lower case t= teaspoon
One cup liquid is 250 mL according to my glass measuring cup.
                            c does mean cup

                              Thank you for that

IF the sun comes out this weekend I'm going to try the Chicken satay. Only one thing, is heavy cream what we'd call double?

I already do a just about identical bean salad, mine has cooked French beans (green beans?) and bell pepper too so some things do travel!

Got mine today (must be THE day for the UK!) Tomorrow I'm in a draughty village hall on election duty from 7am-10pm. I'm saving my copy for the slack moments.
