I know that we were asked to vote before the closing date but now I can't find any reference to the winner. I thought that was supposed to of happened on the 1st March?

The winning entries will be chosen by ARJJ. But the TQS members were asked for there choices,
Winners will be notified by email by March 8, 2010. Announcement of winners will be in the March 9, 2010 eNewsletter.
