quilt pattern from years ago on "Simply Quilts"

years ago there was a show on "Simply Quilts" with a lady who made a quilt with graduated shades of blues, green, and purples. The center of the quilt was lightest shading and went out to the darker shades of these colors. I have been through tons of info on web, but can't find it. Does anyone remember the episode? Or am I dreaming? or crazy? The quilt was fabulous and I would love to make it now! Thanks for your help in advance. Mary Meissner

    Hi, Mary.
If I am remembering that episode correctly, it was a session with Evelyn Sloppy, highlighting one of the quilts in her "Strips and Strings" book (published by That Patchwork Place).

The quilt is called "Tranquil Treasures" and is the reason I purchased the book, although that was a while ago and I still haven't made the quilt.

The way the values move from light in the center to darker at the outside does indeed make the quilt seem luminous.

    Hope this helps.
