Has Anyone Seen the Aug/Sept 2013 Quilter's Newsletter?

Don't my sister Kristi's quilts look great? And my Mom's and Terri's and Eddie's?

And how about my arms when I was younger? You can tell I was manipulating a lot of big quilts through the small throat of a domestic machine, huh?

Just got a digital subscription. I've stopped subscribing to all mags except The Quilt Life because I've gotten tired of paying a fortune for overseas mailing and then getting the mags with a month or longer delay! TQL has gotten this fixed, and I can't live without it anyway...
But just because of you... QNM is now back in my life full time (as opposed to purchasing it along with every quilt mag I find whenever I'm in the states once a year, and looking for them at all newsstands that carry english mags wherever I'm traveling at the time). Looking forward to reading tonight (or maybe at lunchtime today?)

Yes, Keith, ALL of your quilts were fabulous works. I loved the story and look forward to an update in another issue! Did you hear my wahoo when I opened my issue to your family's story??

The article was great! I love how you all got together twice a year for so long and still make it happen in a different way. I'm glad I got to read about your family.

Keith, what an inspiring article. As a person with a very small family, I gotta say I found myself a might bit envious of the family life portrayed.

Thanks to Lotti, I have renewed my digital subscription which allows us to see your previous article and family photos.
Thanks, Keith, for pointing the way!

Keith, do you think I could get arms like that from pushing large quilts through my domestic machine, I could really do with better looking upper arms. I loved reading both articles and seeing all the quilts and I really envy you having a family who share in your passion for quilting.

Thanks for letting me toot my family's own horn!

And no, Rita, it's not working for me anymore either. My arms are going steadily downhill - I hate those reminders. =)

I don't subscribe anymore. Darn it. But I will ask around at guild to see if I can borrow this issue... I am so curious to read all about this quilting family!

And Keith... you said you have a sister named Kristi. I know a Kristi who is a fabulous award winning longarmer... Kristi Hawkins. Is she your sister??

Fabulous quilts, great article! And fab family traditions. Can I gat adopted?
I also enjoyed the 1995 article ... Thank you for sharing more of your life with us.

Havn't had a chance to read the rest of the mag yet, but seems to be a good article on threads including their thread survey/test.
Quite happy I got that digital subscription, think I've spend many a dollar a less productive way
