    I do love the block! My favorite block-drafting tool is Electric Quilt 6. I'll probably put the block in there this morning. Then get around to sewing it in 2010 too!!

      Finally, I got around to making a Cuesta's Choice Block. Now, I know why I still can't find anyone else that has made one --other than Hazel Carter, who designed the block.

            MICHIGAN STATE UNIVERSITY just did a retrospect on her and her quilts... this is what I found but you might want to surf through the links as there might be more. Sorry but I did not have the time to look further.

              Thanks. Cuesta Benberry was admittedly not much of a quilter, but instead was mostly a quilt collector and historian.
