SHARE FREE PATTERNS LINKS AND IDEAS

If you have a free pattern link or set of directions for patterns that are free to use .... please post them here.

I like make quilts but am tired of paying for patterns that are just a repeat of other / older patterns... done in different colors and they have written out he instructions.

Our group wants to do some charity quilts in different patterns .. so if you ladies could share your secret favorite links to free patterns I would greatly appreciate it.

    Thank You,

AJ, your blocks are great! Thanks for sharing them with us! I used to live in Webster, TX, too ... right off of Eldorado Blvd for about 2 years ... and then later on Egret Bay Blvd. I loved it there!

                      hi AJ,
do you always use the EQ6?
Is there any style that you can't design in the EQ6? like crazy quilt?
I am deciding if i buy one, but don't want to feel limited.

I especially like the "Warm Wishes" pattern for a quick and easy charity quilt. Depending on your fabric choices, this pattern can create a quilt that looks very complex.

On my profile, you can see a quilt that I made for victims of Hurricane Katrina using this pattern and "ugly" fabrics that I won in a fabric raffle--a pig print and cat prints.

There are limitations to what I can design with EQ6, however that might be because I haven't learned how to use everything in the program. There is a lot to learn about EQ6 and I've only skimmed the surface.
