There is a Search Box at the top of the Forum. Type Photos and 99 posts come up, several I have written, about how to add photos and a link to a 6 minute video on how to use the Forum.
People currently having problems adding photos to their posts found their photos were too large. If you are following the steps to add photos and they don't get attached or inserted to your post, resize smaller and try again.
