I have a new computer and new software came with it. Now my Bernina Embroidery Software Installation CD will not support it. I think I have to take it back to Staples and ask the IT person to fix it. I think I read a few weeks ago someone else has this problem. What did you do :?: Oh, its the new Vista program. -
What Artista version do you have? V4, V5, V6? V4 will not work on Vista. Good reason to update software!
Does your laptop have the ability to use XP? When I purchased my computer it, Vista was automatic and the tech wiped that out and installed XP. I believe the computer came with the ability to do that. I paid extra for the labor to do that but it was worth it (to me). -
I just found your msg.
I have been on the computer to get the Windows 7 update. They finally are shipping it to me this week.
And staples will install it for 12.99 and then I am good to go.
