    hand quilting

    I am having a hard time focusing on hand quilting my quilt. Does anyone have any advice that works make it more enjoyable?

    I watch TV or listen to music or the radio whilst hand quilting.

        Listening to Heavy Metal may help, Wendy.

        You could consider listening to books when you hand quilt.

          :lol: it's that lovely soft cotton.

          Perhaps you need to vary the design, it's lovely seeing how the fabric changes as you quilt

            Also when doing hand work it is a good time to catch up on TQS shows and the teaching videos. I am always several behind on them.

                      This is something I follow to keep me focused and not sure if it works for you. Just try and see if this works. First of all love what you do, so that you need not add extra attention. Playing background music, podcasts or even motivational audios works well for me.
