    Helpful hint for month 7

    While sewing the light green leaves at the base of the tulip flower, I was having problems with chewing up the skinny points. To remedy this, I put a piece of notebook paper under each point just for the last 2-3 stitch patterns. It worked great! The points are now nice and sharp, and it's easy to remove the small bit of paper residue with tweezers.

    Great idea Connie! If you use Ricky Tims' Stable Stuff you don't have to worry about tearing out all the little pieces!

      Good point, Margo! I'm sewing in the boondocks at the moment, but I'll try Stable Stuff when I return to civilization! :shock:
