Same thing happened to me Linda, so decided to just go with the method in the pattern. That is the only thing I don't really care for in a BOM, hard to plan when cutting for month that you do not have the instructions for. I just decided to try Sue & Pat's method rather than do all that trimming.

Same with me. I had the 3/8 inch binder, but would have had to recut all those strips. I used the method I described in earlier post.
See making 3/8 inch binding posted earlier.

I really liked the appearance of the 3/8inch vine and stems but I may go back to the original on that 90 inch vine on the side border.

Luckily since I was playing "catch up," I hadn't cut my strips like I was suppose to in month 5 so I was able to use the 3/8" bias tape maker. Love that little thing!! And I can thankfully say that as of about 10 minutes ago, I am finished with month 7!!

              Margo,
How did you do the reverse appliqué using Stable stuff? I don't remember seeing that in the earlier video. Or should we do that piece with fusible?

Linda, I trimmed the 3 teardrop shapes out of the Stable Stuff and cut the outside shape (along the orange lines) as usual, then glued the fabric to the Stable Stuff.

I just turned under the outside edges as usual, then made clips in the teardrop shapes (blue lines) so I could glue those edges just like the outside edge.

The accent fabric is then just laid under the tulip shape and stitched into place just like regular applique! Easy Peasy!
