Excited to begin the 2013 BOM!

I decided to treat myself for the first time and order the fabric kit for this quilt. I've never before done a TQS BOM because it seemed like too much of an investment of my quilting time and would suck up all my quilting time for the entire year. But this year's BOM doesn't seem so intimidating, so I'm going to give it a go. And the fabric kit is so luscious!

I will definitely be checking in each month for directions and tips. I have gotten out of the habit of checking the forum, but I guess I'll be back on it this year!

Like Beth, I treated myself to the kit and am anxious to get up tomorrow (no watching the ball drop for me) to get the directions for month one and to see the Sue Nickels show!

Good for you Marti! That is the first thing that the January instructions tell us to do so you are already ahead of the game!

I want to know the size of all those tiny circles. I'd like to order an Accuquilt die for them.

Is there a key to relate the fabrics on the yardage chart to actual fabrics in the quilt? I am using my own fabrics and and having a hard time figuring out what fabric from the chart is where on the quilt. Can someone with the kit help the rest of us out? I will say "thank you so very much" if you can.
Here is photo of my fabrics and I know I am short a couple, but do not know which ones. Help!

Happy New Year to all of you! Today is my birthday and it started out great with Sue Nichols show. Then I saw the link to Ricky's video...great tips...great DVD. I am watching it while working on a quilt I need done by mid March for my guild's show. I am marking the top now, so with Sue's help on today's show and Ricky's dvd...should be a piece of cake...right? I am just going to sew all day...my favorite kind of birthday day!
            Again, Happy New Year!

I have the kit but I don't think it will help you in figuring out the key. I just received a stack of fabric that corresponds to the list they provided. For example, I got 2 1/2 yards of CSPE 02BG - lt turq and 1 yard of ESSE464T - turq/lt turq fronds, etc. It doesn't tell me where they are going to be used.

Well, thank you for checking that out and letting me know. I guess I will figure it out as I go along.
                Thanks again.

Barbara, we need to think of this as a mystery BOM! We have no idea what fabric goes where!

I keep hearing the words from this old Mickey Mouse show:
