    Fabric Reuquirements

Looks like the fabric requirements won't be posted until the 20th. Not much time for Santa to shop. Looks like I'll be starting this one a little bit late.

I'd love to know about fabric amounts as well. Guess I'll have to be satisfied sketching out palette ideas.

Hopefully there will be some Christmas deals going on so that you can decide on your background and such. I know this one I can manage more my style of quilting and I know that I won't have a problem with fabric it will be coming from my stash!

It's working now. The link isn't for block one, it's just some information about the supply list.

The Daily Blog posted instructions for month 1 sashing using foundation piecing, but there was also a comment that using this technique requires more fabric. Is there adequate fabric in the kit to foundation piece? I have ordered the kit but have not received it, yet. (I would prefer to foundation piece for accuracy)

The instructions are still being checked to see how much extra is going to be needed for paper piecing and the fabrics will be made available through TQS. Keep an eye on the forum and/or newsletter for more info.

Also watch for an upcoming video that will show how to make the best use of the fabrics for paper piecing using very frugal cuts.

Deyonne, there have been some issues with the fabric amounts sent in the kits and ARJJ is working to correct that oversight and will be in touch with you since you bought a kit. Please keep an eye out on the Daily Blog and Forum for updates.

Make that cspe o. Spell checking is great until you don't need it.

Debbac, here is a photo posted by denise-nh that shows the fabrics well. The orange is the solid (you were sent 1-1/4 yds) and the turquoise is the dots (you were sent 1 yard).
