I am another lover of the reproduction prints - I think I'll have a go at this one - can't wait to start but the printer is out of paper! Will start with studying the directions this evening. Happy New Year everybody!

I am going to try to choose only fabrics from my stash for the 2009 BOM. So.... I don't dare watch the video or else I'll realize that I don't have the right choices for my quilt. I'm hoping I'll be able to pull this together with what I have.

My choices are going to be somewhat limited by what I have yardage to complete borders, etc.

Margo or Sue - Is the outside border and binding the Green flower swirl which has a requirement of 2 yards?

      TIA,
      Anne in Central Illinois

Yes, that is what Sue has designated for the outer border and binding, but you are absolutley free to use a different fabric. Make it yours!

Not only can you choose your own color for the outer border... think about this: you could make that last border a scrappy one and use any left-over fabric that you need. And don't forget: part of that yardage requirement is because it includes the binding fabric, too.

          Happy 2009!
