All these months everything has been fine, then in August I was unable to get the pattern to print out with a 2" grid. It was either too large or too small. This month I'm having the same issue. I uncheck "fit to page" and it prints the pattern with a grid that is 1/8" short of two inches. Is anyone else having this problem? There is no option for "no scaling" anymore. I'm told this is an Adobe issue and not my printer. HELP!! -
I called my printer helpline and they said it was an Adobe Acrobat problem. I tried updating but was unable to. I had to uninstall and the download the free reader from the Adobe website and reinstall. I then saved the template to my computer and printed from the Adobe menu (file/print) and the grid is now exactly 2".
