Are you asking for someone to precut fabric for you, or are you asking for the tool?

I don't see a die for this. I haven't been following this BOM, but have a Studio, so pay attention to what dies are out there. Nope, not volunteering. If you really want to cut with dies, you may want to go to a LQS that rents time. Prepare fabric ahead of time by ironing and starching, pre-fusing, if going that route, and know that cuts need to be on the straight of grain for straight cuts.
I sympathize! For the smaller pieces, if you have the Bernina Cutwork Tool, it may be efficient.
