Where can I buy Red Rooster fabric

Help. I have just made a mistake in cutting the fabric for the large squares required in Month 3. I am using the Button and Blooms kit. It is the Brown DSN#22015 in the Buttons and Blooms collection. I cannot find it on any UK site nor on any of the USA sites I usually buy from. I have enough for the next 2 months but I would require more for month 5 and it would be reassuring to know I can get it before starting to use this months.

I just found it online... There is a search engine here in the United States called Quiltshops. You can access it at http://www.quiltshops.com and it is a conglomeration of 200+ quilt shops around the country. You search for your fabric and when you find it, you can see which shop has the yardage you need and at what cost. Then you purchase it from the shop you want directly by using this site. Good way to get some deals when you are looking for a fabric you are familiar with. When you search the fabric, the engine will provide you with a thumbnail sketch of the fabric you have searched.

Last week I was looking for a fabric that no one had anymore, except this one little shop in Lake Placid, NY... and two yards became mine in four days. The particular color I wanted had just been discontinued by Robert Kaufman .

    Hope this helps you.

I googled "red rooster fabric 22015" and found several sites online for this fabric. One was eBay and there were several others. Also, use the "contact us" feature at thequiltshow.com under the "help" tab above. They may have some fabric to sell you. It would be a good idea from a business perspective to have a bit of extra fabric to sell for when mistakes happen. Good luck!

Thank you very much for your advice. I have managed to find some on Ebay. What a relief. I was really cross with myself - I couldn't believe I was so careless. I am so keen to get on with this month but obviously I was too tired last evening. All's well again so I can look forward to some sewing soon.

In the future, if anyone makes boo boos in cutting and needs more fabric, I have a bolt of every SKU in the entire line of Buttons & Blooms so just let me know, and you won't have to search for it!

Thank you very much. I managed to get the fabric I needed by following the link posted earlier in this forum but it is helpful to know that you have some available. I sincerely hope I will be a bit more careful from now on. It doesn't appear to be a range easily available in UK.

I think that I am also going to be needing some more fabric in the brighter color way BOM as I cut a few more strips as I made a few mistakes as this is my first paper piecing and I also needed to cut the strips a little bigger that was in month 1 so hope I don't make any more mistakes as it is early days
