My final border is too big!!!! My center with the second border is measuring 15.5 inches across and my 3rd border template is 17. Has anyone else had -

I made the mistake of thinking the outer stitching line of the final border would fit on the inner circle when it is the inner stitching line of the last border that gets attached to the inner circle. Whew does that make sense?????Comment
