    Barbara,
I was thrilled to see there will be a TQS show on Jan. 1st starring YOU and the Afternoon Delight project. I will watch it before our typical long day of football games.
What a great way to start the new year. HelenW

Two Shoo Fly blocks in Month 1. My blog January 1 will have a lot more information. Also, the show is available January 1, with more information.

Thank you for the cut 8” square suggestion/reminder. The first tip of what I anticipate will be many as we all tackle Afternoon Delight together. So happy you are our TQS cheerleader/champion. Cheers! -terri in Cape Coral FL

Someone's gonna have to clean this up! Lol.

Question for you. Your month 1 instructions say to pick three background fabrics b1 thru b4. Same with prints p1 thru 6. Do we need to remember the color choices we made for
following months? Or is every month a builders choice?

Donna, every month is "builders choice"--I love that description! Each month is independent of every other. Pick how many B's and P's called for, usually 6 of each for each month. That way you can select fabrics based on the specific applique designs each month. Your Block 1 looks good--I still have to get mine done.

                              Cindy,
I don't think any one else is going to even notice the mistake once the entire quilt top is finished. I think we are our own worst critics. We see all the flaws, because we look at each individual block, as we are making the quilt top, not the entire top. However, if the mistake is something that will bother you, now is the time to fix it, before you get that block sewn into the quilt top. I don't think there is anything worse than having your top all together, and seeing a mistake in the middle of the quilt, and having to rip out an entire row or two, to get to it. But honestly, your mistake isn't something that is going to jump out at any one once the top is complete. Keep up the good work!!!

Just a question about notifications. I am receiving several copies by email of the same notice from this group . I do want to receive notifications but not the same one multiple times . Did I do something wrong ? Is there a glitch ? Anyone else having this issue ? Maybe I should’ve made a new post ?
