What to Charge for a Queen or King Quilt

I have been quilting for decades and now people are asking me make quilts for them. In addition to what the fabric and thread cost, are there some rules I can follow to know how to quote on this?
Should I charge $$ per hour for the time it takes to complete, or have a set amount for each size - say $200 for Queen and $300 for King + the cost of material? I plan on asking for a deposit to cover the cost of the materials before I purchase them. Any other advice? I need some help here. Thanks!

Start with 3-4 times the cost of materials—remember thread, fabric, batting, backing, binding. Too much you think? Skilled labor deserves a fair wage. Consider difficulty of pattern and quilting design, charge more for more challenging work.
