Different kit color for the 2018 BOM

Anxious to get started but I understand there will be a different color version of the 2018 BOM kit. In addition to the blue
and white. When will it be available and can I preorder?

Having not been a member for awhile I just renewed. I really like the colors in the new version. If my kit came that way instead of the blue that would be OK with me.

I noticed the second colorway is more. Is it because there is more yardage? Why is there more yards in this version?

Will there be a separate set of monthly instructions shown in the second colorway?

I would like to purchase the Crystal Farms fabric to make this quilt. I don't know how much yardage to purchase of each fabric. Will the fabric requirements for the second color way be provided at some point. The kit is just too expensive for me. I can get the fabric at my favorite quilt shop for much less & purchase a membership which I will still save money. Thank you!
