What a difference a foot makes and a couple more tips

I was dreading all the curvey lines for the blanket stitch for the Oct applique, until my Mom gave me that V-8 moment to change my presser foot to one that was open toed so I could see where I was going. I have a Bernina and have been using the 1C foot. She pointed out the 20C and it has freed me from my hairpin turn sloppiness!

You might want to stitch down the little lamb's bodies before you fuse the outer ears to them. Makes for one continuous line rather than jumping over the little ear.

You might also want to stitch down the green vines on the top border before fusing the red circles on top - again one continuous line.

Thank you for the tips - I've wrote them on my pattern.
