Is the D made with one piece of fabric or two? -
I think it is all one piece. I finally printed out and read the directions last night.

If D printed out on two sheets, the paper may have gone wacky in your printer, or the 100% actual size button may have been turned off, but mine was just one sheet.
EDIT: I shouldn't be allowed to respond before a cup of coffee and morning nap
