Lotti and I are planning to get together in mid-June!!!!

It's become an annual event since the year of the Friendship Triangles. One year I go to her place, and the next year she and her mom come here. This year she is celebrating her 50th BD here in Canada. (although her BD is in November) It's a good time to celebrate with her family! We'll be there to help with the celebrations, God willing. I hope she doesn't expect me to fire-walk!

Ya, it's something she's done a few times in the past few years....maybe I wasn't supposed to say...if so, I didn't know...sorry. But she had it on FB which is pretty public..

You better start preparing your feet :woohoo:

Terrie she says you have to represent all of us on here at her party. How are you going to do that

Don't worry, Terrie, she's mentioned the firewalking here, too, and shared a few pictures with us.

Funny, Wendy, she never mentioned that to me. How would I, could I represent all of us??

But it makes one think... What indeed would a composite lounge lizard look like?

Hmmm. she would sing like Rita, be tiny like Andree, encourage like Lois, laugh like Marilyn, be brave like Charae, embroider like Rosemary......okay what else? This has to be composite.....

Yes, tell Lotti we miss her dearly. I miss her photographic inspiration. But then we no longer have blogs here. All that work she did to inspire us is gone. Maybe that's why she no longer shows up here. Miss her.

                      Terrie,

Maybe if you had an outline of a lizard and we each sent you a piece of fabric you could use all the pieces to fill in the lizard. Does that even make sense? We would only need to send a 5" square or so. But that makes work for you, so maybe that wouldn't work.

I miss Lotti also. Please tell her hi for me.

That would be a great idea! It could be made like a collage, Susan Carlson style...

I have a pattern of a lizard that I used for Gabe's quilt. This is a photo of it. The paper it is on is about 36"w and the lizard is about 48" long.

If you want to pattern I will mail it to you! Actually I think I have a smaller scale copy too. I'll see if I can find it.

I found it on legal size paper. In the USA that is 8 1/2" x 14". It could be copied to any scale you want. If you want the big one I would mail it to you, or to someone else.

This is the smaller copy. Is it a longe lizard? I don't know.
