Nancy, I've been looking at the code of the shows. Can you see show 1301 without any problems?

I have changed the code for shows 1304 and 1305 to an older format. Does this solve any of the problems?

        Hello John,

I just tried watching show 1305 on my iPad using Apple TV, using versions 1, 2, and 3. I got the show to play well on my iPad with version 3, but on Apple TV there were on and off problems with the picture and sound starting and stopping, and getting out of sync. There were times where it was fine, but then the picture would freeze or the sound would go out, then it would sync up okay for a few seconds.

When I tried watching show 1301, it wouldn't load. I got a "time out" message and a message stating that the video is not configured for this device, meaning the iPad I assume.

        Thanks for looking into this.

Nancy, I've sent this on to John, and expect he will get back to you when he can.
          Thanks for the update.

I converted 1301 to the old system, but I left 1302 in the new code. Try 1301 and 1302 and let me know what happens. Thank you for working with me on this.

              Hi John,

I'll try to get to this (1301 & 2) sometime on Friday, but it might be a while before I can. I just finally watched the latest show on my desktop using Internet Explorer with no problems and the picture was very clear, too.

I just watched 1301 on the iPad using Apple TV, too, and it also worked fine for me as long as I didn't try full screen. That's not a big deal, but in full screen the sound and video are out of sync. This happens regardless of whether or not mirroring is turned on. So, just out of curiosity, did you watch in full screen?

I just tried watching show 1302 and it worked great in full screen on Apple TV. The sound and video were in sync.

                  Thanks

Full screen, yes. Noticed sound a little out of sync, but not until the After set, and just a very small discrepancy. (Not like Carol Doaks' which was so much out of sync it was almost painful.) have a good week-end:-)

I use the iPad. I can't watch the shows either. I don't get the shows watched as soon as they come out so I lose out on more than one show. I am a charter member as well and am considering not renewing in December.

UPDATE....... I just tried the show on my Macbook Pro and it plays. :-)

I am having the same problem with my kindle fire....the only time I can watch shows or classes is at work....& you know that doesn't fly well. I too will let my membership drop come April if this problem can't get resolved.

I had no problems at all with watching the current show using my iPad and Apple TV. I watched it when it first came out.
