    Try Version 3

    Just a little shoutout for the menu bar choice "Video Problems?--Try Version 3" for viewing the TQS shows. Before I noticed that option I would click on the arrow to watch a show and get the unending spinning of the little circle--"loading,,,,loading,,,,loading" :x . So I found a backdoor to choose the Show Info menu option and then click on the arrow and magically it would load and play like the old days. Don't know why :? --it just worked most of the time. When what to my wondering eyes should appear but the option on the show page menu "Video Problems?--Try Version 3". Since clicking there first to watch the show I have had zero problems and it's a better picture as well. So now I can watch the shows again with a faster upload and better picture!! Yay!! 8) Thanks techies!

      I just have the problem of sound & lips being out of sync, bit irritating, but I will try your Version 3 to see if it helps.

        Dear Jane, thank you for that. I see that there is a version 2 as well. I will try these if I have problems in the future.

            Mine only has "version 2" as an option. I wonder why?

                I had the same problem and came here to see if I was the only one. Thanks, I'll try version 3, if I can find it.

                  Unfortunately, neither version resolved the problem I experienced with the sound and video being out of sync. I tried both versions 2 and 3. Otherwise, I think that I would have really enjoyed the show.

                      Margo, I must be blind. I cannot find the Contact Us that you suggested. I've had the problem of the video and audio out of sync for many months. I've tried the Versions 2 and 3, but that did nothing for me, either.

                        If you click "HELP" on the purple bar above, there is a "Contact Us" choice on the right below the bar.

                            Hi Margo,

                            I know to contact Guru Bob, but just wanted to know if I was the only one that was not helped by the alternate versions. It was with this show that I first experienced this problem, so I wouldn't think that the problem is unique to me.

                              Joyce, when you click on DAILY BLOG on the purple bar you can select CONTACT US from the bar that appears below the purple one.
