The answer to Susan's question is that I named my HQ Sweet Sixteen "Sophie" in honor of my aunt who taught me to sew when I was 12 years old.

Connie! It's so nice to see you again. Love the quilt - what a brilliant idea. I particularly like that you got everybody to sign triangles rather than squares. It's a lovely pattern and a beautiful keepsake. I hope your husband is improving.
