how cool that we all belong to a site where information is shared and we all learn something - (even Cap't John - who, of course, is totally cool) I learn something every day when I come to TQS and often share that information with my quilting friends in my senior citizens park in Texas. I am now the "go to" person for information on thread, color, cool new techniques and so much more. Thanks to Ricky, Alex, Justin, John and all the wonderful guests and contributors. (Also special thanks to Margo for all of her great help.) Hugs, Ann

If you want another good word how about procrastinate? I'm doing it all the time (especially on the computer  ) when I could be sewing or should be sorting out various housework.

"Procrastination is the thief of time", I seem to remember reading that somewhere. I blame my laptop for all my procrastinating I spend too much time on it.
          Should I say viewing TQS.

I'm going to step a little sideways here, but I have fallen in love with Brian Tracy's "Eat That Frog" concept. I really try to get the things I am more prone to procrastinate about out of the way first. I don't achieve this goal every day, but on the days I do I feel empowered! I'll try to attach the link:

The video is a kick! I don't know where I learned about it... maybe on this Forum!

I watched that, very amusing and true. I hope we will adopt it at home as in "Got to eat any Live Frogs today?" Thanks for sharing.

I purchased the Kindle version of the book for a $1.99 on one of their daily's specials. I ended up posting a sign on my wall at work to eat that frog. Thanks for the reminder. I am definitely the Queen of the procrastinators.

I have a large "EAT THAT FROG!!" sign posted right over my desk, too. Many people see it, but not one has asked me what it means. I'm sure my "diet" is the talk of the office! LOL!!
