    Started a Convergence Quilt

    Hi Everyone,

I finally got around to starting a Ricky Tim's Convergence quilt and posted a couple of pictures and talked about the fabric on my blog. If anybody is interested in seeing my progress, just go to http://www.dianem.wordpress.com

    Happy Quilting to all.

thanks for sharing...I wasn't quite sure what that type of quilt was (although I've heard talk of them!). I liked your quilt and your blog. Lori

From the self acclaimed (and Ricky acclaimed) "Convergence Queen of Texas " -- I have made probably fifty convergence quilts for friends and family as well as for myself, Your quilt is wonderful. What a cool idea to use discharged fabric for the convergence. Congratulations to you and many more convergence quilting experiences. Hugs, Ann

I was awestruck by the patterning of your convergence quilt. I would like to try the method in clothing construction, maybe this winter. I am a Diane also.

if you look at my profile you will see a convergence vest that I did a number of years ago. I love it. It is reversible and so striking that I always get comments when I wear it. Convergences work for so many things. I have made placemats, valances for my windows plus the vest and so many table scapes, etc. So have fun. Hugs, Ann
