    JUST ONE STAR can comfort a soldier

    I am posting links to the JUST ONE STAR ... can comfort a Soldier campaign. I am hoping everyone will take the time to make one star AND SEND IT IN.... Please pass on the information to your guild and friends. I JUST FOUND OUT ABOUT THIS CAMPAIGN ( late but not too late)

      My quilting group that meets once a month did some in March. I'd like to do some more, it's really a good cause. Margo, thanks for bringing this to the forum.

        Credit goes to Anna for bringing to to the forum, but I think it's a great way to show our service men and women a little appreciation for their sacrifices.
        My DH was in the Air Force for 10 years, and served almost 3 years in Viet Nam. I know what the families go through at home, and am ever so thankful that my airman came home!

          I heard about this in one of my quilt groups last month. For tonight's meeting, we're all bringing our stars and signing them together, then sending them on. There are some wonderful patriotic fabrics out now !

            Just delivered 4 to the quilt shop here.

            The hardest part was finding a brown Pigma Pen! Store was out! ha
