    I got the same email, but if you haven't gotten yours yet it may be that they lost some of their member info in the crash. The site has not been very active for about five or six months now--not even averaging one new video a month-and they've had some other technical glitches along the way. I'm hopeful their rework will fix the bulk of their problems and they can get back in business.

      Me too. Sharon's videos are so well done and teach bunches. Not that I want to do it ALL, but some parts I do!

        Newest update from email rec'd today.

        A quick update.

        Unfortunately when the server crashed there was a critical loss of
        data. I don't want to go into too much detail but everything was
        lost. Of course we still have all the videos and all the new videos
        that we had been trying to upload to the server.

        I am now working on building a simple site just for our premium
        members to access. You should expect to see it up and running later
        this week.

          Anyone heard any more news? I emailed Neil two weeks ago with a copy of my premium member reciept as I wasn't contacted about the server issues. I haven't heard a thing about the new site for the videos. But I got plenty of marketing emails last week from her daughter about merchandise sales. Odd

            No word here. Last email said give about a week to get bare server up and running. That was 2 wks ago.

                Have any of you asked for your money back? I keep asking and no one will even take a minute to respond to me. I paid for a premium membership and was suppose to get a new video every month; I got 2! and this was months before the website shut down. I reported them to the BBB, but they won't even reply to the BBB!... I want my $180 back. I love Sharon's work, but this site is her son's and as far as I'm concerned this is fraud!

                  No, I haven't asked for refund. Actually I got more than enough value from the website before it crashed. I couldn't possibly get through all the videos and put the lessons into play before a year was up. And having taken several of Sharon's classes, I find it hard to believe that this is anything more than an unfortunate incident. I was just concerned that my information got lost when the server failed. If anyone hears anything more, let us know.

                    I had been a member for 2 years, so before I renewed last summer I had already gotten everything for my past membership years. Then I renewed and got 2 months of videos, then nothing the next 4 months, then the site was gone. So I think I deserve a refund; just hoping that they will at least answer my emails.

                      I am as disappointed as everyone. I so admire her talent, her videos, and all. But the total and sudden demise of the website for paying subscribers a total kick in the teeth. How they can refuse to respond to the questions and complaints is beyond my comprehension. What a weight for someone to carry around. At least, I couldn't do it! It actually makes me appreciate ARJJ more! - so talented, so giving, so dependable. Happy to be a charter member of TQS.

                          I'm sure I'm not the only one who is thinking that this lady is making enough prize money with her quilts to set up a reliable internet site. Very sad.

                            I have been wondering what is going on behind the scenes with the site. Something must be very amiss beyond just the web site. It's sad, because I learned so very much from the site before it simply stopped serving the members back late last summer. After many complaints on their forum, they took the forum down.

                              TQS <<--- My Favorite!!!

                              I'm guess I'm glad I didn't join the SS Network last summer when I thought about it. Still, I've interacted with the family some here in Arizona - and I just wonder what's going on.

                              Maybe something's up with the interzones or the aura or that other part of cosmic energy...
