    Bored so I blogged

I have been bored. We had to make a quick trip to my mother in laws home. While my hubby played with the plumber getting the hot water tank changed after it sprung a leak. I stayed in the hotel by myself, waiting for him to come back. We plan to go out to visit friends for New Years Eve. Anyways, I did not have any stitching with me... that little travel bag did not make it into the car. I did however have my lap top with me .... so I blogged. I also got a chance to go out to a quilt shop and spent more money then I should have so I blogged about that.

So stop by and take a peek at my blog....

Read your blog and I agree that the new Dr. Suess fabric is adorable. My stash is pretty sparse so I hope fabric prices don't rise too much. I do have some fabric purchased for various projects and I am sure that I have enough projects on hand to get me through a few years without many purchases!

Anna, I really feel for you (tongue firmly in cheek and evil grin in place). What you need is another Series on DVD to get rid of that boredom!

        Lorchen....

You naughty little pixie.... YOU know those DVDs were in the same case with the stitching work. But hubby showed up in time for a late dinner with Lobster and a toast to the new year. We even had a celebration dance, something everyone would have laughed at. Got to the party in time for the traditional MN kiss.

I just hope the NEW YEAR does not have any more housing disasters in store. TIME TO CALL THE TOOL GUY to come and inspect the house.

"Naughty little pixie"???? Oh my....... I didn't know that you could have super-sized pixies.

And there is nothing wrong with a little dance (song, or whatever) wherever you are. Life is too short. Give yourself permission to enjoy whatever floats your boat.

My 7 month old little granddaughter woke up (unprompted and unexpected) at about 10 to midnight, was passed around to everybody present for a good luck and Happy New Year kiss, and then went straight back to sleep - perfect timing.

Good luck with the house situation!
