Hi all, I have an ott-lite floor lamp that the bulb died on. Got the new bulb, put it in,
and it doesn't work. It says on the website that this bulb will work for this model.
It has a shorter kind of curly bulb rather than the long straight one.
And I did check to see if it's plugged in, and that the outlet is working. So, I'm wondering
if any of you have taken an ott lite to be repaired.
I would just get another lamp at J's, but the floor lamps are expensive!
My Mom uses the lamp when she cross-stitches and hand quilts.

I would contact the Ott Light web site customer service. You may have gotten a defective bulb.
