I'm ready to buy my next DVD....only have Series 2 so far. Do you gals recommend I go ahead and get Series 4 first, then get the older ones later? Only been a member since haven't seen any of the shows.

Shirley, is there anyway you can buy them all at once? They are all so good - I'm not sure I can recommend one series over the others. If you can't buy them all at once, then my suggestion is to go to the Shoppe and click on each DVD, look at the list of guests and decide from that if there are any particular ones that you want to see first. I love owning the DVD's because I go back and watch the techniques over and over again.

I don't think it matters what order you get them in. I just know that I've had to get all of them. Ordered series 4 today. They are well worth the money.Comment

I just ordered New Series #4 too! I have the entire TQS series, and recommend them all! I can't tell you how many times I reviewed a certain technique from a show. TQS just keeps getting better and better too. Now if we could just get "3-D" TQS....sigh....wouldn't that be something? :shock: (I've heard that's the next big innovation in home TV...without the glasses too!)

I had never purchased Series 2 and 3 and when I was in Houston, I bought them plus Series 4. That was my big ticket purchase. Alex was kind enough to autograph them.Comment

I'm hitting the Shoppe right now to order one! I don't like watching the shows on the computer, it's much more comfortable to sit in the wonderful easy chair DH made for me and watch on the big TV.

Oh my..... You mean Series 4 has been available on DVD for several days and I have not noticed?? I guess there is only one thing I can do........... order it right now.
It's situations like this when my bad memory comes in very handy: When I get the dvds, most of what I'll be watching will seem to be new.

I loved 400 series... I have watched it FOUR TIMES since I got it... I also repeat several episodes... that I really enjoy.
My question is who was the end of season ALL STAR QUILTER this year... I really liked that feature and there was no one.
Did they stop doing that feature? Did they have someone in season 500? Since I can not connect to the show ( stupid dial up) I am just wondering.
