    Art Deco

    Hello dear quilt friends. I need to make a art deco style quilt for a backdrop for a wedding ceremony. I looked at Don Lin's work from one of the quilt episodes. I am looking for something with a bit softer look, does anyone out there have any ideas or pattern/books they could recommend. Size will be 96x96. Any guidance would be most appreciated.
    Warmest regards,
    Patti

        Patti, I did a search on Pinterest (for art deco quilt) and got several interesting ideas!
        Be warned, however! Pinterest is addicting! Ask me how I know! :roll:

          If you go to Dover Books website and do a search for Art Deco you will find a lot of books with inspiration for designing a quilt in Art Deco style. All Dover's books are royalty free so you will not get in trouble when using images from the books. This is what it says on their website:
          We specialize in royalty free image books, in graphic art and in fine art;
          Some of their books even contain CDs so it is very easy to start playing on the computer should you wish to do so.

            Thanks Margo. I am seeking a twelve step program to assist me in my addition. I am a known addict/user of Pinterest. I never thought to look there.
