    embroidery quilt repair

My sisters and I am finishing a quilt top my late mother had made for my brother. The problem is, there are serveral (4+) spots where the embroidery thread has broken. Is there a way to repair it, with maybe glue or something? I don't want hard spots but I also don't have the time to undo and re-embroider. Thanks, Trina

Trina, there is a product called Bo-Nash that might work for this, and will leave your project soft.

You can watch videos about the product here:

What sort of embroidery is it? hand or machine? and is the back still accessible - i.e. not yet made into a sandwich?
If you could put up some photos of the areas that are causing you some concern I would probably be able to help with more specific advice.
