I have never done machine applique before and am wondering if the top thread and the bobbin thread should be the same color? I have Magnifico polyester thread in my quilt kit and not sure what to use in the bobbin. Thanks for any help!! -
Lynnielovescats, in most cases I always use the same color top and bottom. Sometimes the tension can get out of whack and if using a different color, it would pull through. Tension is the key. Hope this helps.
