Just starting my quilt business. I quilt on a sweet 16. My quilts have to be pin basted for quilting. Do I add a fee for this service or is it considered part of the charge per square inch

Add a charge for that time-consuming process. As well as anything extra you have to do, pressing quilt top if needed, trimming edges if you are adding the binding, making binding if you are doing that, adding binding, etc. All your time should be compensated.
